Now, he points out, the banks have hopped on the bandwagon, mandating even larger house-size requirements so people buy into houses they can ill-afford which can be quickly foreclosed on when they fail to make payments.
The Tiny House is coming to Occupy Wall Street to proclaim the peoples right to have affordable housing and to confront the unfair codes that constrain the ability to obtain affordable housing. The current situation, says, Jay Shafer, is a win-win for banks at the front and the back end of the deal. And its a win-win-win when bailouts are ultimately collected at the backend of American taxpayers with a little extra leverage from friends in government.
Jay Shafer is headed towards Wall Street, fully cognizant of the pepper spray and billy clubs that have increasingly intimidated those who have chosen to freely assemble.
