Great…just great. I am going to a beach house this weekend hoping to get away from all my worries and drama. But now I find out the worst thing. I have to spend it watching my little cousin and her friend. They are only a year or two younger than me but are so immature. I was going to finish writing articles for this magazine but now I can't. And I can't bring a friend because it's not my beach house. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? They are 11. Thanks.

Right now it's a horrible career choice, but by the time you're ready, who knows. You need to be disciplined, to save money rather than spending everything you have. You don't get regular weekly paychecks, only when you sell a house. So you need a budget and need to stick to it. You need to track your expenses because you are an independent contractor, and your file as self-employed in income taxes.

Question by Latias-Laitenen: Are there any town houses with an elevator?
Recently, I watched "The Royal Tanenbaums" and I liked the scene where Chas(Ben Stiller) does a firedrill at night with his kids. And I noticed that one of his kid's pressed the elevator button(which shoudn't be used while escaping a fire). I was wondering if some real townhouses would have an elevator like in the movie?

Question by Rox: What is involved in obtaining loans for Modular homes?
I am considering buying a modular home in Missouri. I know there are extra costs besides the home…was wanting to know where to go for a loan, how much I need down, what is needed (like home insurance and how much that costs)…Any information would be great because my boyfriend and I are very young and first time buyers…so we need a good starting point. We are going to the dealer, but would like to know about financing options.

You should probably ask that dealer, as they are not really real estate and not handled as such. They are more like cars, including registration (you register the house with DMV) and they depreciate, which houses do not. You do not get a home loan on them, they have their own special one.

I assume you mean the 4th Amendment to the Constitution?
That only protects you against unlawful searches and seizures. You can say "No" if the police ask you to search your property, but if you do, they can detain you while waiting for a warrant. Basically, if you don't have anything to hide, let them in. You cannot prevent them from searching if they have a warrant to search the specified property for specified items.
