Question by Simon: Where can I buy a house that's on the edge of a cliff or nearing similar destruction for cheap?
I'm planning a house party this summer and someone had the idea of buying a cheap house that would be soon unlivable (but still kinda nice) for a small amount of money in order to have a large party with little to no worry about the house's condition afterwards.
