Does anyone know an oil wholesaler that supplies to private residences in Connecticut? What do you pay for oil?

I am buying a house, and have oil heat/hot water. I was wondering if anyone knows of oil wholesalers that do business with individuals? If not, where is the least expensive oil company you know of in CT? Thanks in advance!
